You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date if you are not satisfied with your commission. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this site.
To request a refund, please visit your order receipt from Stripe, or email us directly at trulana@yahoo.com and we will help arrange it.
Each commission includes one round of revisions. If a first draft doesn't land the way you hoped, please tell us what to adjust before requesting a refund — we're often able to make it right.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the studio and Stripe's Refund Policy.
